We're not an estate wine, and we're not trying to be. Bearboat works with a handful of vineyard partners across Oregon's Willamette Valley instead of farming our own ground — which means we get to pick the best sites instead of settling for one.
Our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir both come from the Willamette Valley — hand-picked from partners we choose ourselves, for wine with freshness, depth and an unmistakable sense of place.

Every good story needs a couple of characters worth following. Ours are two bears who roam the Willamette Valley in a canoe, always in search of the next good pour.
They're not mascots so much as a mood — curious, easygoing, and always up for one more stop. Mac & Zeke are the reminder that wine doesn't have to be precious to be good. Some of our best bottles get opened at a trailhead, not a table.
